I recently spent $83 on fruit and found the small apples to be quite enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the other fruit, especially the strawberries, which were super sour. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. It’s possible that I visited on a day when the selection was not at its freshest.

Had a very enjoyable experience this morning with one of your wonderful staff. She was friendly and all smiles when taking my order.

Special touch was definitely the freckle chocolate bud.

Love that they wrote who's coffee was what well.

Coffee was perfect temperature and tasted delicious 😋.

I bought 2 juices here. I chose the number 12 and it had beetroot in it. Unfortunately, as soon as I tasted it, I got an earthy taste in my mouth. I've been here before and had the same drink but I've never had such an experience.
It was also sad to see the girl who was preparing the drinks with her hair open and constantly touching her hair to fix it, which I did not find very hygienic.

Fantastic Produce & Fresh Offerings

Pardons Fruit Market in Noosa is a unique and valuable spot that blends three key elements: a high-quality fruit and veggie market, a selection of fine grocery items, and a smoothie/coffee bar. Each aspect of the store brings something special, and overall, it’s a place I’m genuinely happy to have in the area.

🥑 Fresh Produce & Grocery Selection – 5/5

If you’re looking for high-quality fruits, vegetables, and herbs, this is one of the best places to go in Noosa. The produce is consistently fresh, ripe, and well-selected, and I’ve never had an issue with quality—no unripe or overripe surprises here. It’s also a go-to spot for harder-to-find herbs, making it a lifesaver when other stores fall short.

Yes, prices are slightly higher than what you’d find at big supermarket chains like Coles or Woolworths. But to be fair, those chains drive down prices at the cost of the farmers. Here, you’re paying realistic and fair prices that help support local and quality-driven sourcing.

Beyond produce, their selection of gourmet dips, cheeses, and specialty grocery items is well-curated and offers great alternatives to what you’d find in larger stores. It’s clear that while their focus is on fruits and vegetables, everything else they stock is carefully chosen and of good quality.

🍓 Smoothies, Smoothie Bowls & Fresh Fruit Bowls – 5/5

Their smoothies and fruit bowls are freshly made right in front of you and are a definite highlight. Yes, some ingredients are frozen, but honestly, that makes sense—especially on the warmer days. It improves texture, consistency, and temperature, making for an even better experience.

The smoothies are fantastic — good ingredients, great flavors, and better value than what you’d find at the Noosa Farmers Market. The fruit bowls are also great, though they might not be perfect for every taste. But that’s just personal preference, not a flaw in quality.

☕ Coffee – Hit or Miss (But Understandably So)

Now, onto the coffee—which is where things get a little inconsistent. They use Sunshine Social beans, a fantastic local roastery, which is a great start. However, the barista quality varies widely. Some days, I’ve had a perfect, well-extracted cup—other days, it’s been way too hot or a bit watery.

To be fair, this isn’t a specialty coffee shop—it’s a fruit market that happens to serve coffee. Given that, it’s understandable that they may not always have top-tier baristas on hand. If you’re in search of consistently excellent coffee, I’d recommend places like Vanilla Food, Nilla’s Pantry, MOTO, Sunshine Social itself or MINE. However, if you just need a decent cup later in the day (when most cafes are closed), this is still a solid option.

👥 Staff & Atmosphere – 5/5

No matter where you interact with them—at the counter, the smoothie bar, or in the store—the staff are always friendly, approachable, and helpful. It’s clear that the owners have put thought into selecting genuinely great people to work here, and it shows in the service.

Personal Verdict:
A Local Favorite Worth Supporting

Pardons Fruit Market is a fantastic place that I’m genuinely happy exists. Whether you’re looking for top-quality fresh produce, a refreshing smoothie, or a quick coffee, it’s a great local business that’s worth supporting.
• Produce & store selection – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Smoothies & fruit bowls – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Coffee – 3-5 ⭐ (when good, it’s great, but it can be inconsistent)
• Staff & service – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All in all, a great place with a local identity, thoughtful curation, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Thank you for being here and serving the community! ☺️🙏🏽
