Recently done an order for an upcoming expo. The team at Payless Promotions were so helpful, I changed my request so any times but Brendan was so onto it with adding more items and adjusting what we needed. Products arrived and super impressed with the quality and how our logo turned out on the products!

I ordered 10 shirts with logo from them and this was my second order. Unfortunately after a few washes the logo started to come off the shirts! The quality of the printing is very poor, apparently!
I contacted them and their response was that I should have washed the shirts with cold water and not warm water as per washing machine and coloured clothes instructions! This is the most ridiculous excuse! When I told them that the old shirts ordered from them as well have the logo still intact after many years of work in the sun and washing process the new excuse was that the new shirts are printed with a new digital system!
In short, they have a very poor quality printing if you want to wash you clothes! I won't buy ever again from them!

After receiving sub-standard mugs from another business, I was anxious about these, but I needn’t have worried. We are thrilled with how beautifully these mugs from Payless Promotions turned out. The colour is perfect, and the mugs are comfortable to drink from. We also ordered pens and notepads which are a very nice quality, and I’m excited to order from them again in the future.
