EDIT: The company got in touch with me after I posted the review below, apologized, and explained that they'd recently had a number of IT and staffing issues. I was able to prove that I did submit a request via their web form; they tell me they have since completely revamped their web site. I have raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars, because they were conscientious and courteous about getting back to me, acknowledged their error, and apologized.

I submitted a request for an estimate via their contact form on their web site. When I'd heard nothing for several days, I phoned directly.

Me: I was wondering if you'd received my message from the web site.

Person (sullenly, after a pause): Oh. Um, let me check. [Clearly checking for messages is not something they do regularly.]

Person: Oh, um, okay. Let me get right back to you with an estimate.

My inbox: [Crickets and tumbleweeds for over a week.]

Me: Well, so much for them. I'll find another signwriter. [emails other signwriter]

My inbox, about an hour later: Here's the other signwriter's courteous, comprehensive, and completely reasonably priced estimate. You're welcome.

Me: Well, I guess we know who actually cares about their customers.

Absolutely fabulous! Such a treat to have professionals who understand exactly what is required, and can deliver. I had a 19th century safe pin striped and decorated, and, once again, they knocked it out of the park. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks team. 😊
