Definitely five stars from me as I have been a very happy customer today! I presented an external hard drive that I could not access any more, and it was fixed within 10 minutes! Had a problem charging my Surface Pro 6. I thought I needed a whole new port. They looked at the laptop. Charged it and problem solved it. I didn't need a new port. Didn't charge me, it was just a poor contact with the cord. Very helpful and didn't charge me unnecessarily. Much appreciated it. Thank you Phoenix IT.

I have been dealing Phoenix IT for over 10 years from when I bought my laptop from them , and it is still running perfectly, I have expanded into the Crypto market and there assistance has been invaluable. The guys have been a great help a number of times when I've needed it, from laptop repairs to helping me with my crypto mining and trading, they gave great advice and followed it up with fantastic service. I recommended one of my staff to them to build a super computer to do her graphics on and she is very pleased with the result so I just wanted to say thanks and keep up the good work.

Had an issue with downloading apps from the Web, Microsoft was blocking the downloads. Had a nice guy help fix the issue, explained every thing well. Great job done and good experience, thank you Phoenix IT.
