Nick approached us at Donarch Fine Chocolate one day after discovering our store an offered his services; from the first time he approached us he has maintained a no pressure, easy going and professional demeanor. He has worked with us, our budget and our goals and our frantic schedule to produce amazing photos and videos for us to use. We've worked with so many photographers over the years and been disappointed with the results and price paid; Picture house has exceeded our expectations CONSISTENTLY and has been a pleasure to work with. We not only recommend his services but we continue to engage him on a monthly retainer.

Bonus: We give Nick very little direction as we do not have time to micromanage; we give him a general theme or idea, some products and leave him too it. He maintains that if we are ever unhappy he will reshoot at no additional charge and yet, to date we've never had to take this offer up.

Nick @ Picture House Collective has done an AMAZING job. The way he communicated the project with myself and my team, listened to our ideas, and used his spark to bring our creations alive. I've brought on Nick as a partner in the direction of our new farm-to-table grass-fed beef service and letting Nick run the marketing strategy for us has been a game changer, allowing us to move beyond the regional town we're based in and access the entire Newcastle and Hunter Valley market.
