Today I had the pleasure of visiting Pizzini wines in the King Valley with my mother & brother on our 2025 wine discovery road trip. Anthony was our host & he made us feel welcome & relaxed the moment we arrived. Our tasting experience was sensational and thanks to Anthony who made it fun with his humour & exceptional product and industry knowledge we were treated to some excellent world class wines. I would highly recommend a visit to Pizzini Wines if u are ever in the King Valley region. J@PlanetSafari

Always have a fantastic experience here. The wines are excellent with a wide range to suit all tastes and budgets. Staff are so friendly and helpful, there's a genuine family feel to the winery. The setting is beautiful too. An excellent quick stop on your road trip or longer visit if you're staying in the area.

Make sure you add it to the list when visiting King Valley.
Ps..there is a fun little General Store in Chestnut 5 minutes down the road that might take you back 20 years that has excellent light lunch options.

Our second stop at the King Valley region was at Pizini Wines ~ Italian at heart inspired where we were warmly greeted by Karen; Mario and Isabelle. Seated in such a warm and welcoming environment, Isabelle presented us with some tasters olives; caramel popcorn; chilli popcorn and bread sticks and presented us with the wine tasting experience!!

Isabelle was extremely pleasant, accomodating and provided alternatives for the individual pallet . We enjoyed hearing about the growth of the Pizzini family, their passion and commitments to their winemaking dream. The surroundings were nice to.

We were lucky to also have a friendly chat with owner Fred and hear about his experience and innovative ways of continuing business during the pandemic.

We truly enjoyed our experience at pizzini. Purchased a few bottles of wine at the end and couldn’t resist buying the caramel popcorn + chilli popcorn ~ thanks for the lovely hospitality and looking forward to returning and trying out the cooking school.

When we started asking around for good wineries in King Valley that specialise in Italian varieties, Pizzini's name came up repeatedly.

The location is beautiful with lush lawns, plenty of shaded outdoor seating, and comfortable indoor spaces. The staff are incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about both wine and the local area.

Anthony, our server, was an absolute delight. His knowledge about each wine felt genuine and unrehearsed. You could tell he was recalling his own tasting experiences as he described them to us. He shared insights about the Pizzini family and even the artwork on the wine labels. Every question we had was met with a thoughtful and detailed answer.

The wine itself is exceptional and very reasonably priced. We loved it so much that we became members and left with dozens of bottles, including Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, and other delicious Italian varieties.
