In July 2022 I engaged these guys and was told I would be getting fortnightly stays updates and I would have my permit in 8 weeks.
In August, I still hadn't received a status report, but was told 2 weeks.
During September and October I was emailing or phoning multiple times per week with no responses.
In November I received a forward from the council a month old. Christmas hit and I wasn't able to get my updated plans to them till January. It's now almost May, and I decided to check in with council, who informed me they hadn't received anything.
One email from me later and I will have my planning permit sorted the same day
