I left a review previously - but for some reason it was removed.
I requested to book an inspection via email on 2 properties that PR was representing, but unfortunately heard no word back.
I then put in another email enquiry on both, and again got nothing. Michaels mobile number was listed on the ad on domain, so I thought I would send him through a text regarding scheduling an inspection - he had his read receipts on, and after 3 days of being left on read, I sent him through another text msging stating that I had emailed multiple times and texted and heard nothing, and can he please let me know if the property was still available - this got left on read as well.
The next day I called PR to ask if there was anyone else who could help me and explained what had occurred with my previous attempts to contact the property manager - the receptionist was incredibly rude and condescending, but assured me someone would call me back that day regarding the property's. Of course, no one did.
It takes literally less than a minute to reply to an email or text saying the property wasn't available or whatever was the case, instead I was blatantly ignored.
Ive never dealt with a more irresponsible and slack real estate in my life.

All dealings my wife and I have had with Michael Lund have been brilliant. He is professional, responsive and cares about both the purchaser and seller. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
