If I could give more stars I would. We’ve been with PRB for over 6 years from managing our investment properties, selling our property to managing us as tenants. PRB real estate is the best agency I’ve ever come across. Joe is the most genuine, knowledgeable and honest real estate agent you’ll ever come across. Katie the senior property manager is absolutely incredible at what she does and she truly cares for her clients and gives 200% to her job. In 6 years they have truly made a difference to our lives by helping us during COVID to helping us manage our property. We absolutely love the team at PRB and I recommend them to everyone I know. If you need to sell, buy or need a property manager choose PRB. You won’t be disappointed.

If I could give more stars I certainly would be giving Katie & Nicole more than 5 stars , I have been a tenant with PRB for some time now and from the onset both Katie & Nicole have been fantastic.

The professionalism shown by both of them is exceptional. They are very approachable, supportive, responsive and never is anything too much trouble .

I work with real estate agents and I can certainly compare , I would have to say no doubt both Katie and Nicole from PRB are two of the best.

I'd leave zero stars if it were an option. The Team at PRB are by definition, unprofessional and entirely disrespectful. On top of outstanding repairs for over 18 months, we have 2 URGENT SAFETY REPAIRS outstanding for over 2 months. No responses, blatantly being ignored. Yesterday was fun, took the electrician two visits to change the basic light bulbs because he didn't have enough bulbs (failure to brief the job on Katie's part). This saga has been the worst experience of our leasing history. I could not recommend them less and would not wish their disgusting behaviour on anyone.

"Property Management" is only a title in this instance and doesn't at all translate to managing a property. Oh also fun when you're PM advises she has authority on all things but then doesn't have any authority, but has total authority to act. I couldn't follow that logic either. No response when I pointed out that her role is to facilitate communication between owner and tenant and arrange repairs/do work as directed.
