From the very beginning of my lease application, PRD was incredibly helpful in securing a rental. For the duration of my tenancy, PRD was always responsive, respectful and supportive which is not always the experience one has as a tenant. During the process of the sale of the property I was leasing, PRD was extremely considerate and tactful. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately a very poor experience through the purchase of a property sold, and at the time, managed by PRD Broome. Slow response times (often days), a long delay with the settlement due to lack of organisation considering the property was tenanted at time of sale, and a complete lack of enthusiasm in their services. Still missing certain documents that should’ve been handed over to our new property manager and that have been requested multiple times in the weeks post-settlement. Glad we decided to engage a different business to manage the property, they couldn’t even get our names right when providing information on their property management services. If you want quality and professional services I would look elsewhere.

Do not use their strata services! Poor knowledge, poor communication, confrontational when questioned, unable to draft a clear and balanced budget. Our council of owners voted give them the flick. Couldn’t be more happier with new strata management. Should have done it sooner.
