Property management side of agency shows extremely poor communication, failed to notify of agent changes, contributing to delays in maintenance and sale settlement, along with a lack of responsiveness to previously acknowledged requests. We cannot recommend Reanne from PRD R.E. Whitsunday enough. She was a great help in securing and organising a rental quickly as we needed a fast relocation due to flooding. I stayed in Airlie beach . The cleaners arrived and I had organised a late checkout. So I received a call from this PRD agents. The girl was so rude to me. It was horrible. I was shaking as she was cruel. And such a horrible attitude . Really flawed me. I had to ring the bus company and they were so lovely and helped me stay at another set of holiday units until I could get the bus. It was torrential storms and lightening. Wish I could recall her name . Anyway I won't ever deal with this company ever. I book through a booking.r. I've never ever been treated so badly. I will diss this to everyone I know . Disgraceful .. You have a duty of care to be approachable and reasonable.

I first spoke with Emelie, who was informative and friendly & I felt confident in trusting my rental property with them. Unfortunately, the professionalism stopped with Emilie… from the team leader down, inexperienced staff incapable of the work and work load. So many oversights on their Reporting including damaged furniture and fixtures, missed water damage to carpets and a pest issue raised by the tenant but not actioned by PRD for 3 months resulting in permanent damage to my ceiling. No acknowledgement and no accountability. Emails often not answered. Disappointing and frustrating service…
my biggest regret was to ever allow them to manage my property and devalue it in the shortest timeframe possible. They simply don’t care and will ghost all communication when they have run out of excuses.

Would like to give a big shout out to the PRD rental team, particularly Amy Sumner, and all the PRD team responsible for guiding my family and I through a difficult time as we exited a rental property. The PRD team hold a great deal of integrity. In a difficult situation the team ensured that not only the owners interest were represented but also the tenants were genuinely looked after and our rights were protected. Our family cannot thank the PRD team enough. We feel very lucky that we rented through PRD.
