Go with the boss. Rami is the boss of prestige property group for a reason. He really loves what he does and it shows. It's the little things, from strategy, to how he keeps you updated, to styling, to his energy and positivity, to how he communicates with buyers. The difference from other agents is quite stark.
For something as stressful as selling your home, you really need the right person who understands what is at stake. Highly recommend.

I was looking at a few properties on Domain and noticed Rami Abdallah was the agent. I went to a few open homes and he told me on a few occasions the price guide, which was a higher price guide than listed on Domain. His reply: “oh I don’t list the ads”, or “we will get that updated”. Misleading advertising or underquoting? Why couldn’t he just list the actual price guide instead of wasting peoples time? It’s actually pathetic behaviour.

Stef Bujak is a living legend and we achieved an outstanding price for our property in Bardwell Valley. He filled us with confidence throughout the whole sale process, treated all the buyers with respect and has an open and honest style that resonates very well with both buyers and sellers. We worked out that we had 50 separate 15 minute inspections during our 2 week sales campaign. This worked out to 12.5+ hours of waiting at our house plus endless hours of follow up calls and text messages going into the evenings. He went the extra mile in many ways we may not have noticed, but we really appreciated the extra time he spent with a buyer that ended up being the highest bidder at auction, entertaining that last minute buyer at 4am on the morning of the auction and doing all the house inspections in a very covid safe way. When my family moved out of Sydney, we used Prestige to rent our place out until we could sell it. The rental team at Prestige did a great job, quickly getting tenants in and managed the property well, they were timely with forwarding requests from the tenant for approval, and actioning work when needed.

As a result, we reached out to them when we decided to sell our place. Rami has excellent judgement, great knowledge of the area, and is willing to justify his approach to things.

We recently sold our apartment in Arncliffe with Rami's help. We reached out while it was tenanted, upon inspection Rami advised that we wait until it is vacated. After seeing the photos from inspection he was absolutely correct, the place was tidy but just had far too much stuff in it.

As apartment prices hadn't gone up much since we bought in early 2018, we were hesitant to spend more than necessary. Rami calmly explained the value of everything he was asking us to do and I put my trust in him.

Once vacated Rami quickly organised painting and styling. The marketing campaign launched at the perfect time (in line with the schedule Rami had provided), at the end of January just after the long weekend. A private inspection was requested the day after the property went up. We had acceptable offers at the bottom of Rami's estimated range within the first few days, and we sold after a week on the market slightly above the upper estimate Rami had given.

Prestige also took on a minor repair at their cost when requested at the last minute by the purchaser during settlement. Release of deposit to us was timely and as expected. Overall a great property management office to work with for selling or renting.
