I rented from The Professionals in Burdell for 5 years, the lease was under my name and my husband. In January 2025 my husband passed away when i vacated the premises i was told by Hayley (the property manager) that the full bond would be refunded and she would organise the paper work with the RTA. After several weeks i heard nothing and called her to which she said that she would get onto it. After another few weeks of not hearing i called her again to which she hung up on me. I organised the bond myself after seeing the very UNPROFFESIONAL non response from Hayley. They are quick to take your money but slow to give it back.

Nathan and the team at Professionals Townsville have made what could've been a very stressful situation, not.

We asked Nathan to sell our property in Oonoonba, before the recent rain event. His can-do attitude put us at ease during the entire process even after our first buyer pulled out mid flood. Nathan and the team were able to lock in another buyer, at the same price point even when the house was "2m underwater" if you listened to the media.
