Project Management team is not responsive. The direct number provided for the project manager never works. We were advised that everyone is working from home. It has been over 2 months since we have started paying for the system, the integration to our CRM system is still not done. They promised to set up integration with docusign - that is also not done - the support team is even unclear how they can set up this integration to make it work. Each time they need to go back to the developer to find a new set of instruction - the back and forth communication often takes days. Not an efficient process at all. The only person who seem to care is Rakib - he has been very responsive
