One star is already too generous for the lackluster service I received from Mel. I called up to ask for a quote to promote our project, only to be met with dismissiveness and a condescending attitude. She tried to end the call early because according to Mel, our endeavour wasn't newsworthy and her bosses wouldn't go for it even if we paid for it. (Not exaggerating).

Soon thereafter, a producer from a major TV channel stumbled across our project and deemed it newsworthy enough to feature us without having to pay a dime. It seems Mel's judgment doesn't quite align with the actual professionals in the field.

Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with someone who clearly lacks the ability to recognise potential even though you want to pay for their "service".
