We inherited the Kurri Kurri branch from our previous property manager for our rental property. We let management tick over and became increasingly concerned about the state of our house that was a brand new build under this company's watch.

When we were finally able to move the tenants on with a ton of issues needing resolution, we had to represent ourselves at tribunal to try to recoup our bond that had been claimed by the tenants because RHKK didn't see that our property had been treated anything other than "hard wear and tear".

The fact that tribunal suggested we take Raine and Horne Kurri Kurri to them, is a testament to their poor service. We did not receive our bond back.

The fact that our insurance company paid out to the tune of $5000 for tenant malicious damage under RHKK's watch proves that they don't understand how to look after your investment property.

I am sure there will be those of you out there who have had wonderful experiences, but the mark of a great organisation is consistency and our experience with the Kurri branch has been a mixture of bullying and ghosting.
