I rented a home through Kate and had a great experience from start to finish. She made the entire renting process smooth and stress-free, from the first showing to moving in — and even when it was time to move out.
Kate was always professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Whenever I had questions or needed help during my tenancy, she was quick to assist and made sure everything was handled properly.

Kate Passalaqua has been our Property Manager since 2020, and she is amazing!
Right from the start Kate took the time to understand our needs and requirements regarding our properties and the tenants we wanted to live in them.
Kate has managed our properties with professionalism and had been a great medium between the tenant and ourselves.

Kate Passalaqua has been our property manager since 2019. The property that is managed for us is a rooming house so there more work involved than a standard rental. Kate has worked along side of us through thick and thin. She has attended VCAT hearings on our behalf, always communicated effectively, even calls once in a while to say hello. Kate is an experienced operator that enhances the business where she works. Anyone who is looking to have investment properties leased, Kate should be considered as your first point of call because a good property manager is worth their weight in gold.
