Being a first home buyer is meant to be an exciting experience for anyone or couple.
Rochelle adgo and her team have made it nothing but a nightmare.
With constant miscommunication as well as ignorance and laziness.
From the start to the end it has not been pleasant at all, I would never suggest Rochelle ago and her team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
They didn’t even know when the correct settlement day was, I won’t name any names but a certain someone who I dealt with over the phone was downright ignorant and rude over the phone. Blaming our broker and bank that we couldn’t get finance done within 7 days of our 100 day settlement.
Completely money hungry and do not care at all about who or what is in their way to get paid. When we received our welcome box we didn’t get a congratulations or anything they just handed us a box and walked away.
We were also informed that the place had been cleaned and ‘overlooked’ by Rochelle herself, the place looked like it had never been vacuumed the toilets were disgusting.
I sincerely hope no one decides to sell with them.
