Sharn was absolutely fantastic to deal with. We rented through Ray White for what we were expecting to be a bit more long term however when we purchased a property unexpectedly our property manager Sharn helped walk us through the next steps and made the transition easy as possible. We hadn’t rented in over 16 years and couldn’t believe how simple the process was, paperwork was easy to complete online and we got real time updates throughout the rental process. No problem was too small with both owner (via agency) and Sharn being quick to respond.
