I do not recommend using Realmark Karratha. After utilising the company for rental, paying higher fees than other agencies based on "superior" service, they treated me poorly when I chose to use a different agency for selling. They would not provide a competitive selling price unless I provided written proof of a competitors quote, and the only way I can describe the behaviour with regards to trying to retain my business was bullying tactics. They would not provide a "best price" quote to myself, an existing customer, without disclosure of other quotes, and I note that quotes from other companies were provided without my sharing of Realmarks proposal. The savings I have made are significant and the superior service that is claimed to be the reason for paying premium fees is not evident. I found the behaviour and communication to be unethical and unprofessional and would not recommend or use this company again.

The process with Realmark was very professional from the viewing, through to the key handover, they were very friendly & informative.

The only minor issue with the property was the lawn wasn’t mowed just prior to taking occupancy and this was easily reported to the Property Manager.

When we were looking for a house to purchase their quality or work was miles above every other realter in the way the houses were presented and the information available on hand. They also really helped us out at a difficult and stressful time with our rental property when we had to quickly move from another incompetent real estate in town.
