I want to express my gratitude to Cara, the Strata Manager for my unit. She has been extremely helpful and professional in dealing with all my inquiries. Whenever there was a problem, Cara addressed it immediately and ensured that any necessary work was carried out promptly, which I greatly appreciated, especially as I was not in the immediate area. Cara is not only friendly and easy to deal with, but the other office staff at Merimbula have also been great to work with. I highly recommend them and hope that the new owner of my unit will find them just as accommodating.

Karen has been a great Strata Manager for our unit. She is very professional and responds to inquiries and requests promptly. If there is a problem, Karen is on to it immediately, and executes work orders in a timely manner, which we appreciate. We find she is easy to deal with and is very personable. We have found all of the staff at Merimbula, including Heather and Bev, equally communicative.

Karen took over Mgt of our complex in 2019 at short notice and at a pivotal time for us. Her professionalism and response to the project we were commencing (repainting the exterior of our complex) was a complete turnaround to our experience with this business in the previous 2 years. Karen seemed to carry a huge workload until another strata manager was able to be appointed and oriented. Her local knowledge, experience and oversight of the project greatly assisted its successful completion in March 2020. She also deals professionally and promptly with other ongoing matters and has a pleasant demeanour.

We've been very happy with the general management of our Hydra unit and in particular with Bev's tremendous energy and efficiency since taking over there. Advertising, sprucing up the whole area, painting the laundry - all great stuff! We've also recently completed a kitchen and flooring renovation and the success of it was partly down to Bev helping us out with some of the arrangements. After a tough 2020, we're looking forward to a much better 2021 and with Bev's work at units, we're sure it'll be a great year. Ian and Jenny

As a member of the Body Corporate of our complex we have been most satisfied with the standard of support provided by Bev of the Merimbula Office.
We acknowledge that our comments relate solely to our splendid relationship with Bev.
We have found her most able and professional in all our dealings with her, noting her business acumen, broad knowledge of Strata Management matters and her prompt attention to answering our questions and taking necessary action where required.
This year we conducted our AGM by telephone because of the need to isolate during COVID 19 precautions.
Conducting conference calls is never easy, but Bev ensured the meeting was well run and kept on course with all agenda items discussed and action recorded in a timely manner.
