It's companies like Reid Print and the people that run them being the reason we live in the best spot in the world. The highest quality products available, but served by genuine, great 'country' people. Mike and his team are amazing, efficient, so friendly and the prices will (pleasantly) surprise you. Don't go to those big guys, get Mike to print EXACTLY what you want, how you want and, if he can, when you want.

UPDATE: If more than 5 stars were possible, these folks would be getting the whole milky way. Pictured below is (on the left) their fine work which will assist me no end in making sense of that mess (on the right)

I've dealt with Mike and the team at Reid Print a few times, and they're always above and beyond helpful and friendly. I recently put in an order for my first set of business cards, and the bar has been set very high! The cards look and feel great, were exactly what I wanted, and now I'm actually excited to give them away. Any time I need something printed in the future I'll be coming right back here. Thanks guys, great work!

This printer was excellent and and affordable. The unbeatable standard was what I wanted. I got 24 a4 nonsheen prints at $4 thick paper. No white runs, colours were impeccable. I traveled 50 minutes to get there and I am impressed with them. Friendly family business, I recommend it to you, don't go to just anyone for printing, go to the best. I went to big w and found out later they were poor standard under real light. I had to throw them away and cut my losses. I will not go to the top down corporate second rate photo both again. Nor their indifferent service

Poor Communication
The customer service was always excellent.
However, it was not communicated to me, in person, by email or phone that my graphics/design job for a book was considered too difficult or a lot more work than expected.
Fair enough, but this needed to be clearly communicated to me.
2 weeks passed and I was only told on arrival recently to the office.
Consequently, I have paid for the initial work done, but am now left with a very short amount of time to produce a booklet necessary for my livelihood.

Fantastic to be able to support a local family run business without having to scrimp on quality or pay through the roof prices. The team at Reid Print are exceptional and could not have done a better job for us over the past 7 years for all of our business print needs. From flyers, postcards, business cards and posters, they're abilities are endless. They also provide great design options for a point of difference and the quality is so much better than Officeworks or Vista yet their prices are on point! Won't bother using anyone else.
