Best customer service. Bought some beautiful items again and I returned a cardigan today..The lovely lady didn't have to exchange it as I bought it beginning of the year. I had no receipt. Cardigan had a stain on sleeve when I brought it home. I didn't bother to bring back earlier as I didn't think lady would believe that I hadn't worn it and I had thrown receipt away unfortunately too.
However, she was so lovely and exchanged eventhough I told her I didn't expect it.

Love this shop! The staff are friendly and helpful. Found that their stock (largely rockabilly styles) is well-presented in the website; it looks just as good in store.

I admit to only having made one purchase there, but am very happy with the quality of my dress (100% durable cotton), that has already had many people asking me "where did you get that dress!?" as it is wonderfully unique.

My favourite Australian business!
I have so many clothes from Retrospec'd. The clothes last for years, they are historically accurate, they fit so well (especially for ladies with curves), and I get so many compliments wearing their clothing. I prefer their plainer coloured designs rather than the loud prints (but I know some people love the crazy bright designs!) Keep up the amazing work.
The service is also very good in store.

Hello There,

I would just like to say that as somebody who has been described as having impossibly high standards, & one who expects good quality in pretty much everything I spend my hard earned money on, then I can only say this, Retrospec'd's clothing is brilliant, excellent & they are the best of the best at what they do.

I have been a life long lover & enthusiast of original vintage 1950s dresses, & the reality is that despite some of these original 50s clothes being quite expensive, they're not necessarily great quality.

Retrospec'd has very beautiful dresses & clothes which are of the highest standards, which are excellent quality.

Their careful reproduction of original 40s & 50s fabrics is truly beautiful, stylish, & original, & these beautiful dresses fit & flatter gracefully & elegantly.

I love the consideration, the passion, & the time that Sharon, Teena & their team put into their wonderful designs, as is obvious that they themselves are enthusiasts & lovers of original 1940s & 1950s vintage.

A genius yet simple (paraphrasing here) wholesome idea to create these beautiful timeless dresses for everybody to love & enjoy.

There are people I have had shouting out to myself enthusiastically & so happily everywhere I go, that are so desperate to attain these beautiful unique tailored dresses, & time & time again I have recommended these beautiful quality dresses to so many people.

Everywhere I go people have been stopping me in the streets, at art galleries, in academia, at social events, & even in the mundane day to day of going about doing our necessary business that we have to do, & people are so happy when you tell them about where they can attain these dresses. I have an older dress from many years ago which I work in day in and day out as I am a visual artist who paints full time, & I think well life is too short, & I want to feel feminine as I work in these wonderful dresses which are also very comfortable.

I wear them as well a little more formally for business meetings & social functions, & I am always met with so much admiration, & many women complimenting me on how lovely, striking, original & stylish these dresses are.

I have had friends who have begged me & wished to buy some of the dresses which I own & are now discontinued fabrics that Retrospec'd have created in the past, & at times I cave, & give it to them so they too will enjoy the happiness & joy you attain from wearing these lovely feminine, & wonderful beautiful dresses which fit like a glove, are of the highest standard & are just brilliant overall.

A wonderful team of helpful lovely ladies at Retrospec'd.

I would give Retrospec'd 100 stars if that was/is possible.
