Good food here today (Feb25). I had 2 rolls and sweet potato chips and enjoyed them.
Being the airport, it cost more than elsewhere, but airport tax is on everything in every shop. To the people that complain about cost, learn to read. It’s clearly displayed, if you dont like it go elsewhere!

Bad bad bad food and complete rip off. It’s a stodgy unbalanced and unflavoured mess. Look at the pictures, they even cut the prawns in half to make it look like there was a prawn in there… who does that to their customers… the balance isn’t there with the flavour because they make it look like it’s full of flavour but in reality it’s filled with unflavoured noodles, lettuce or rice with slithers of what you think is filler, like chicken or prawn, but there is very very little prawns, chicken or beef inside the roll…… even the chicken was so thin it was nearly see through…. Utterly disgusting and a complete rip off. Deceptive people.

My workplace recently purchased Roll'd catering. I admit that when I heard this was what was for lunch, I wasn't overly excited. However, I think that it is a decent option for staff lunch.

In terms of catering, Roll'd offers a range of Vietnamese food in small bites. We had mini bahn mi with tofu, crispy skinned pork, or beef. There were also vermicelli noodle cups, bau buns, and rice paper rolls. The range and type of food provided suited a large group of staff with different dietary needs and tastes. It was good to have a variety of small bites on offer, and it made for easy eating because you could just grab and go.

I wouldn't say that the food is the most flavourful or authentic, and because a larger quantity is made in advance, it can be a bit dry when eating at a later stage.

Service throughout was good and couldn't be faulted. Ordering was easy, and staff were very willing to cater to different dietary restrictions. They offered delivery, provided cutlery, and a range of sauces. It all came within the set work budget, too!

The worst rolld I have ever experienced. I usually love rolld but this store was terrible. I bought three rolls. 2 x fish and 1 x tofu, they were splitting apart when I got them so made it very difficult to eat them without them falling apart and they didn't taste the best either. Absolute rip off!!!!

Today, we ordered 2 rare beef Pho, but as a Vietnamese, I've never had Pho worse than these. The broth is watery, the beef is minced and too soft like it went off already, and the noodles are undercooked with big frozen pieces. Compared to Rolld in St Leonards, this Pho is Terrible. I won't be returning here again!

Update- my husband got diarrhea straight away after the Pho šŸ™ never again!
