Was buying from these guys for years and they were amazing. We got everything we ordered at a good price, they were easy to deal with and quick to ship. NOW, it seams it is complete opposite, we can't contact them, and have also lost money to them. Of course, as we had delt with them many times before I never checked the reviews until now (4 months after placing our order when I was annoyed at not being able to get a response). The website needs to be shut down so this doesn't keep happening to people.

Ordered from them a few years ago and it was great. Ordered again and then waited months. Come here and see the other reviews and that the owner must have passed away.
Really poor on the business behalf not to close the website and stop taking orders. They seem to be able to close the phone lines and emails but still take people’s money. I hope I can get my money back now.

Mirroring the latest reviews with my latest experience.

I have previously ordered from Rope Galore and have had no issues, however my latest order was never delivered. No updates via email or phone.

Attempted to contact the business via their landline (which is disconnected) and also via email (which bounced immediately). Luckily I was able to recover my costs from PayPal.

Buyer beware - avoid at all costs.

Have been purchasing goods through Ropes Galore for years. Now they take your money and do not send the goods. They never reply to emails or answer the phone (which only goes to a msg bank).

Not sure what has happened to this company, but beware! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS YOU WON'T GET YOUR PURCHASE.

Luckily we will get a refund through PayPal, but it is the effort, frustration and time wasting to have to do this.

This is a fraudulent business - they extract payment but do not respond to email, or land or mobile phone. I have reported to PayPal and bank. Avoid at all costs. You will lose your money.

Ordered product from here, money taken, receipt received but no product delivery. No response to emails or phone messages. Product was ordered over 6 months ago.
Condolences if the other reviews are correct but atleast have something up on your website and your phone answering service.

I'm not sure what's happened but this business seems to be closed. I hope the owners and staff are ok.

Beware, the website still accepts your order and takes your money. Fortunately PayPal will issue a refund.
