If any part of your campaign is digital I would avoid Rumble at all costs. We engaged Rumble to run a campaign where membership sign ups were the primary target. Rumble recommended a digital campaign with an initial awareness component but primarily a digital performance campaign to drive sign ups. On a $1.3m spend they reached less than 5% of the audience they forecast in the performance component. We were unable to spend our Google budget as the quality score of our ads was so low, and Facebook were charging 5-7 times the Rumble forecast price as our relevance score was so low. Rumble at no point tried to optimize our campaign to improve our quality and relevance score, instead they diverted the Google budget to Facebook. Google started cancelling our ads and still Rumble recommended continuing despite my instructions to cancel the campaign. Scout part of Rumble charged 18% commission despite quoting 15% and adjusted forecasts post campaign to try and improve the results. Aruga (Rumbles PR division) after signing us and sending 1 media release told us no story to tell. A stand alone digital agency we changed to surpassed Rumbles results on a $50k spend compared to $1.3m and the PR firm we went to were able to reach an audience of 2.1m from the first media release.
