We installed an 8.8kw solar system (24 panels) with a 6kw inverter and a 12.8kw battery. SAE provided the lowest of 4 quotes and were very responsive in the quoting stage as we asked many questions and changed our requirements a couple of times. After we accepted their quote they appointed a person to be our liaison which made it easy to follow up on progress. Installation was about 3 weeks later than initially expected (9 weeks from order to completion) but I guess this is understandable given the consistent rainfall experienced on the north coast in recent months and other supply chain factors. The installation team were great.
We just need the sun to come out now!

We were pleased with their presentation and it was not a difficult decision to select SAE as our provider. They were punctual and courteous.
On arrival Arthur introduced himself and his assistant Drew and in a simple manner explained what was going to happen for the rest of the day.
On completion of the installation Arthur walked us through the next steps of the power coming on line and that the administrator would be in contact with us to complete the paperwork
We would like to thank both Arthur and Drew for their professional way they went about their work

We ordered our Solar system more than 12 months ago but amazingly SAE honoured the original contract price. We received the keys for our new house build on Friday 17 December & although it was extremely short notice SAE installed our 18 Solar Panel system on Tuesday 21 December. Their service was fabulous; we couldn't be happier. Ken & Judith.

Excellent company. We had a solar instillation by SAE. Had them recommended through word of mouth by friends and family who had had really good experiences
We recommend them highly.
The Sales part was great. Not pushy just straight up with the facts
The admin team were great and had great
Communications and made the paperwork aspect easy
The technician who installed was great and sorted out any troubleshooting issues professionally.

SAE were great to deal with and install was super smooth. I'm looking forward to the savings solar provides. I did a lot of research prior to choosing who I would use and this company came with great reviews and were also recommended by solar quotes. SAE also installed my ducted air conditioning and were friendly, efficient and reasonably priced on both occasions. I definitely reccomend!!

The air conditioning installation through SAE was the worst experience we have had. It took over 3 weeks to complete once started. Communication was terrible and SAE don’t tell you, but all air-conditioning work is sub contracted out as they don’t have air-con installers directly employed. Don’t turn up on time and do not appear to have any attention to detail but try and get the job done as quickly as possible by sacrificing quality.
Edit - They did not produce a Compliance Certificate of Electrical Work for the work carried out until the review was posted here. When provided it was 2 weeks following the work.
When the job was started one day and not returning to complete for a week SAE made no attempt to try and rectify the situation only gave a discount of less than 2% for our inconvenience of having a half finished job including damage to a wall (which was attempted to be repaired but we will have a painter finish the job at our request after the difficulties we just wanted them to be finished and not have to deal with them).
Would never recommend SAE be used for air conditioning.

Very professional Company. This is the second time I have delt with them and have referred many new clients to them. The tradesman did an excellent job and were in and out in a day. Nothing but praise for them and the office staff. They will do anything to help and provide on support. Very happy.
