Never trust this business if you want to save your time, money, and energy. The business owner wasted four months of my time on a simple job. Despite paying the deposit on the first day, he consistently made excuses to avoid completing the job. He even lacked the basic skills to enlarge a simple PNG image, something a sign writer should excel at and have readily available in their archive. I strongly advise not to use this business.

The business owner Mr. Sako is unreliable, tech illiterate and a grade A timewaster.

We arrange a meet up for him to purchase a drawing tablet, he arrives 20 mins late with no apology. I setup the tablet for him on the computer to show It's working perfectly. I had to explain everything to him because he has 0 understanding of technology. Even though I linked the specifications website & model number in my description, he did absolutely zero research beforehand (which he said: he saw my ad and just decided to meet). I had to explain 3 times, he just couldn't understand that the tablet does not have its own storage and that its basically just a monitor that you can draw on, that connects to pc/laptop. He was expecting a large touchscreen tablet at a budget price range and wanted to take this 60cm monitor, laptop and cables out "to draw on picnics"... He also didnt freshen his breath before meeting...

After answering all his questions, helping him with the tablet, he makes an excuse that he needs to "check with his IT consultant to see if it's compatible", which he could've done beforehand. I told him he's wasting my time. His answer was basically "I know"... Note that he never even apologised once. He said he will definitely get back to me tomorrow which of course he never did. I'd have more respect if he said "I'm not interested anymore".

Would never do business with this guy because he doesn't care if he wastes other people's time, huge red flag. Wish I had looked up the reviews before setting aside my day to meet him.
