We recently engaged Stewart Clark and his team to develop and run a training program for our customer facing staff members. We were quite specific with our objectives and we could not find any off-the-shelf training programs to address our needs. Over two months, Stewart researched and developed a training module which he delivered in person to a small group in one two hour session. The results have been remarkable, with us achieving everything we set out to do, and more.
