DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOCIAL DELI
This is one of the worst photoshoot experiences I have ever had. They completely ignored my creative direction and brand requirements. The reels are amateur at best. Products are not centred, editing is disjointed. This was an incredibly disappointing experience. These people have no talent and are severely unprofessional. They cannot achieve the level of quality as featured on their website.

I will not be using their material for my brands.

Underwhelming & amateur! Despite the look of both their socials and website, what I received after paying nearly $2k was absolutely disappointing to say the least- regardless of prior conversations with the team underlining my requirements for the shoot- the team created not only creative lacking results but also error riddled images and videos- glitching lights, iPhone data display on a digital product & little to no reference to my briefs- with no option to re shoot, refund or discount & with the absolute minimal offer of amendments which included -adjusting colour -this wasn't even a listed concern, to fix ONE photo- and to fix ONE reel- I feel utterly embarrassed and cheated for what I paid vs what I received. Would give zero stars if I could.
