After working with James and the team at Sense Data Lab for 12 months, I would highly recommend their services to any organisation. Sense Data Lab and James were not only a pleasure to work with but also a wealth of knowledge. James took the time to understand our business and the pain points around our reporting functions. Initially the process was time consuming and often inaccurate, due to incorrect set up. James provided us with an integrated reporting dashboard that pulled information from various sources, into one place, that was easy to access and understand. He was also able to give a full review of the site and recommendations on improvements to assist with driving traffic and conversions. James went out of his way to ensure that we had a solution to our issues and that we also thoroughly understood the wealth of information that we could extrapolate.
