Justin and his team at ShowellTech have been incredibly patient, supportive and helpful with helping me to set up, migrate, navigate and transfer Microsoft Accounts. They have been consistently professional, quick to respond and taken the time to understand my questions and issues. I have had previous experience with IT teams where my issues have felt minimised or I have been redirected to a manual/ self-help sheet. In contrast, every time I have had a question or concern, I have received a personalised response, with the offer of further support to address the problem. My first visit to ShowellTech didn't disappoint. The service was efficient and friendly. Although my computer wasn't repairable, they recommended I return it to where I bought it from even though it was just out of warranty, an option I hadn't considered. Microsoft replaced my computer with a new one. Would highly recommend ShowellTech.

Justin has assembled a great team with Jacob and Carol. They are friendly, and helpful, in person and over the phone. My various problems have always been resolved efficiently. Remote access to tweak improvements is so time effective. Couldn't image going anywhere else with a tech problem.
