These guys and girls have NO IDEA what's going on inside of their business. Numerous mistakes made on a simple job and I had to chase them up a handful of times to get the job completed. They messed up the signage on the lift directory board not once, but twice. There is absolutely no communication between the different teams at the business; sales, production, invoicing and installation. I encountered issues with ALL of these departments. A simple job of putting new signage on an elevator directory board and removing old signage at our previous office turned into an admin burden with on-going invoicing issues, even though we fully paid the costs associated with our business (the office next door got their sign updated too and now they are trying to make us pay their bill!).
