Absolutely fantastic service from Rinku and the Signarama Dandenong team. Great communication and signage suggestions that have certainly been helpful. The end result really does do our branding the service & impact we want. Highly recommend.

The signage looks fine but installation was very poor. Tore up our lawns and badly bogged the lift. Missed some signage and wasn't able to provide a timeframe to rectify.

I went to this business yesterday, and there was a sign on the window saying they would be back soon. I waited for ages, but nobody returned.
So, today I thought I'd email them with my specifications for a sign. I went to their website, and they do not even provide an email address so that you can send them images of what you need.
How can they stay in business with this kind of service?!

Walked in to get a quote for a complete car wrap, told I would be given a quote by Wednesday. No quote provided walked in on the Thursday and they can't give me a quote.
Terrible customer service with not providing quote in time frame they said. Only reason for 2 star was the staff have been polite.

Take a little bit more than expected to finish the job, but outcome was too good. This was an absolute professional job and definitely exceeded my expectations regarding job done. Will definitely recommend someone.

My first impression of this company was turning up 3 times to seeing a sign saying "will be back in 30minutes" funnily enough they'd forgotten to take the sign down and had lost many customers in that time (the worker was out the back and didn't even know)
I should of seen that as how the company would act in the future
Not only did they screw me around for close to 6months straight but they also messed up the edits I wanted made (job was meant to be done within a month) they also have made the process absolutely ridiculous in getting refunded...
Countless emails back and forth really show how unprofessional and immature this company is...
So many emails ignored over months but now I have to put it in actual writing that I want a refund (can't actually email them that)
How pathetic
Currently looking at taking it further and contacting the actual franchise and if I don't get my refund it'll be a walk in the park with VCAT
