The service I got from a young man named Aaron was lovely, However the Delivery was a nightmare there was only one person to lift 122kg of cabinet and he left it in the back lane he also didn’t have the right equipment to deliver it. Had to call my Son,Son-in-law ,daughter and myself had to move it in the house but you packed it up so well we got it in, in one piece thank goodness the end result is great as I paid over $700 for delivery I think I should get a partial refund as it was not on my property and he just left you might want to think about using a different delivery service.On the brighter side the cabinet looks fantastic the photo doesn’t do it justice Thanks and thank you Aaron as if you weren’t so lovely on the phone I probably wouldn’t have bought it .

I ordered two pointer boards for around $500 and submitted my own artwork with the arrow facing in a specific direction. The company did flip the arrow on the reverse side — but instead of mirroring the layout, they simply reversed the arrow while keeping it in the same position. The result? One arrow points outwards as intended, the other points inwards — making the boards look mismatched and awkward.

I accept some responsibility and in future will provide two separate artwork files. But when you’re dealing with a professional signage company, you expect a basic understanding of how directional signage should work. More importantly, you’d expect them to flag any issues before going to print — especially since they took it upon themselves to modify my original design.

Instead, they pushed the blame onto me for approving the artwork (which they changed), and are now asking me to pay to have it fixed. My regular signage supplier would’ve caught this straight away and resolved it without drama — and for a lot less money.

Disappointed with the outcome and won’t be using them again.

Were very prompt with taking the order and shipping was great. item price was decent. shipping for a 60x30x20 box $70+ with "Their freight company - joke. Use Aust post $28.00. If they have an option ask them to use another shipping company.
Edit - item turned up damaged. Spoke with Jack in sales. guy was a legend and had my order sorted right away!!!! Jacks one of those good guys that puts the customer first.
