Everyone at Solar Pro were great to deal with start to finish. The team installed a 23 plus kWh system with a Tesla battery, and was a fairly big job with men going gangbusters. Ben and Liz in the office offered great advice and help and Nick, Andrew and boys on the tools went out of there way to install the system according to how I wanted it and it had to be. Ben Liz and the guys at Solar Pro all conducted themselves professionally there knowledge base was outstanding any questions or concerns answered in a way so we could understand, We had an obsolete solar system in situ and needed that removed and disposed of which was no problem, the job was done in one day and they cleaned up as if they had never been. Solar Pro where really good to deal with from start to finish. They were able to provide exactly what we asked for at a competitive price, work with us to resolve site shadowing issues and deliver and install in a very timely manner. Unlike many tradespeople they left the site immaculately clean and placed strong emphasis on the final appearance of the system, hiding cables where possible and going the extra mile to make the install very neat. You may be able to get cheaper quote (though we did get several and they beat them all) but I doubt if you could get better value than that provided by the Solar Pro team. By way of interest, we installed a fully integrated: 20kW of AIKO panels attached to a Sigenergy 10kW Inverter, Sigenergy 25kW DC bi-directional Fast Charger and Sigenergy 16kWh of batteries. The DC fast charger has a 10 Meter lead which enable visitor cars to be charged with out shuffling cars in the garage. It also features "behind the inverter" charging so DC charging does not impact the 10kW output of the inverter, leaving the full 10kW for other things and the bi-directional charging makes the much larger car battery available for domestic consumption and part of our overall energy management, including exporting to the grid during high prices to profit from the electricity market.
