I recently worked with Matt and the team at Soto Group. I am absolutely ecstatic with the website they produced for my new business! I decided to use Soto’s services over other developers I had engaged with because of the excellent communication I had with Matt. Unfortunately I had high hopes of a great outcome and I was disappointed. As a startup I really needed guidance. I explained what I wanted and that my knowledge of all this was almost non existent, hence the reason for hiring a "professional". The first interactions were great, but with hindsight I see I was dazzled with lots of words and assurances of their understanding of my needs. I felt that once I signed up the attention to me dropped off significantly and communication was a bit hit and miss. The work presented to me was not of a standard I expected for the price, yet I persevered, kind of like watching a bad movie, I kept thinking it will get better soon. It didn't. There was some improvements made after I complained but to be honest I had had enough by then and wanted the whole experience finished. Sadly a lesson learned. No one likes to write bad reviews, but this was my experience with The Soto Group.
