Had my offer accepted in email for a property though this guys. Adam seemed super friendly and morally driven at the start.. Was then put on the pump to quickly get my loan fully approved and signed my end of the contract. A couple of days later I got a phone call from Adam stating there is another party who has offered ‘50k’ more, once I said I was sticking to my offer he then stated that the seller will sell to the property to whoever gets there paperwork, loan and deposit sorted first this was on a Friday afternoon.

On the Tuesday morning I had my loan fully approved, my side of the contract was signed which included a 66W certificate and my deposit ready. I requested to Adam then the account details for the deposit to be put in in which I was completely ghosted. I made multiple attempts to get in contact with him, which I finally got a call back the following day in the afternoon to be told that the seller wants the offer now with the extra 50k involved. I was told that I either need to raise my price or the house is not mine.

For my first time buying a place, this was a piss poor performance. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for this property and was left short.
Will never have dealings again and sure won’t recommend. Unethical, dodgy and greedy.

Applied for a rental property, waited a week then looked at application online, it was rejected no call or communication, no follow up nothing. Property is still for rent, simply wanted to know why it was rejected without any communication. Rang them up spoke to Adam he was going to follow it up, nothing. I wouldn’t recommend them at all if looking for a rental property.

she is a great communicator. She would follow through my requests promptly.
if you are renter, some real estate agents don’t treat them like owners do but I could see she is also a great advocate for the renters too.
We have sold our property so we no longer need them but if you look for property management service in this area , I would highly recommend Spinelli and manager Zoe.

We’ve had a really good experience with Spinelli Real Estate as renters. They’ve always been helpful on the phone, been very respectful, helpful and punctual with inspections (including when we had to move an inspection due to having sick kids) and today when we locked ourselves out of the house with three young kids, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Just wanted to share our extremely positive experience as renters. We leased a property that Zoe from Spinelli manages in Shellharbour and the application/renting process was truly a breath of fresh air.

Zoe was beyond accommodating with everything from the move-in date, lease extension, and outgoing inspection. Whenever we had any minor issues (which were rare) or queries related to the property, the Spinelli team responded rapidly.

On a personal level, Zoe is a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable property manager and everyone else that we had contact with at Spinelli, whether it be Lilly or Jye or Chelsea, were upfront, courteous, and professional.

I’ve rented in other countries (France & Ireland) and the experience tended to be nothing short of a nightmare, from bedbugs (which I was told I must have brought with me) to lack of heating to other people’s food coming up my sink in an apartment to no running water available for weeks a time. In these instances, it was extremely difficult to get any response or quick resolution from property managers. In two cases, not even a penny from my deposit was returned despite leaving the properties spick and span. And the deposit in one place was two months of rent!

As you can imagine, I expected the worst during the rental process. But Zoe and the Spinelli team have been so fair and prompt to deal with. It has shown me what the rental process should and could look like elsewhere. I wish every landlord and property management agency could be like Spinelli! As good as you’ll get 👍🏼
