Family of four stayed in June 2024. We booked a one bedroom with sofa bed and spa, and luckily got upgraded to a two bedroom. Wed definitely needed the two bedrooms in hindsight! The location is fantastic and suitable with two young kids lugging their ski gear everywhere. The rooms were great, with a full kitchen set up. The staff were helpful and pleasant. It snowed nearly every day we were there (late June). It was a magical holiday.

We had booked accommodation with St Falls Resort last year, but my husband became unwell and we could not go on the holiday. There was no requirement for the resort to give us a credit but they have bent over backwards to book us accommodation this year. The service and understanding we have received from Maclain and the team has blown us away. Thanks you so much, we are looking forward to our stay in July.

One of the worst dining experiences I've
hot chocolate, no milk, sugar or tea spoon. I had asked twice, once each for milk, then sugar, ended up using my fork to stir my tea, as asking a third time is B.S. IMO.
Good bacon, good hash Brown, but very poor French toast, the worst I've had.
Great location and good looking Restaurant, pitty the meal and service was so poorly, bitterly disappointed.
Once you read the other reviews, you will see it's common place at this establishment, two stars is bloody generous IMO.

Excellent location! But unfortunately that’s where it ends.
We had horrible service from check in, all the way through.
We found the staff pretty helpless regarding resort information. Our apartment spa was not working and was not addressed during our stay, our living area was also missing blinds.

Very very poor value for money. Would not recommend.

Also just just learnt the apartments are privately owned and are not all the same

Best place to stay in Falls Creek with easy car access, ski in/ski out option, beautifully decorated rooms (we stayed in W308) and an amazing team from the St.Falls resort that try to make everyone’s stay an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to book my next stay at St. Falls.

Epic stay in the middle of all the action. Great apartments and the staff are all really helpful and friendly. The daily spa checks and treatments are great ensuring peace of mind as we soak our cares away!

Location was a 10/10 directly behind the main chairlift up to Cloud 9. Super easy to hire your gear from Base Camp in the same complex as well as super convenient drive in location.
Staff were all VERY friendly (Michelle) and everyone really helpful.
Restaurant 1550 simple but really delicious food we ate there twice and great coffee, again friendly staff (Amber)

Perhaps the only drawback given the price of what you are paying is the quality of the rooms. Slightly run down in need of some new blinds and furnishings and no cleaning service.

Management is new and they are doing their very best first season in.

Have booked for two trips next season already.
