It's not necessarily the EXTREMELY slow "turtle's pace" of printing out MM works; they do keep you informed via email (though I certainly DO feel they could be much more proactive about the production). It's that they don't provide accurate measurements for the prints when they advertise them. Nearly $1,000 wasted on frames (which were ordered when I ordered the multiple prints - based on info provided by SM) because they can't advertise them accurately or they send the wrong size. Longtime loyal buyer of Maggiori's (started buying when he was with Maxwell Alexander) but currently questioning if it's even worth it at all. All the dysfunction and inaccuracies are very "on brand" with a Cali company, though. There's other artists around; will likely start investing in their work - with extra purchases if they don't utilize SM as printer/distributor.
