Steven is my Business Coach and I chose to undertake the 12-week Sales Masterclass with one of my employees as well. He has focused on going back to basics, and this has made me so much more aware of the things I already do that make an impact on the success of my business. We have methods in place, and there are subconscious actions we take, and I now understand why we do those things. I get it! And it works – so I’ll keep doing those things. Working with Steven has been really informative and positive. As a result, we’re more conscious of creating a sales script that everyone can stick to keep us on the same page throughout the sales, marketing and contact process. We’re more excited now about selling ourselves and promoting that we’re good at what we do. We’re now testing and measuring and asking our clients all of the right questions. In the 12-week Masterclass, it was wonderful to work with someone from another, completely different business and share ideas, too.
