I ran a campaign with Street Promotions Australia at the end of May this year. The experience was horrific to say the least, and if it was possible i would give 0 stars.

The issue started with the company being unable to provide evidence of our posters that they had put up. Only sharing a geolocation for 32/51 locations (with multiple locations being marked as two).

We then visited 3 of the locations that they had geotagged and at one of them, there were no posters in sight and at the other we could see the posters had been painted over and had a new brand placed over the top. When i complained about this, they apologised and promised to organise 25 more posters to be put up, but then did not action this, nor reply when I asked for their location.

They then shared a folder of 51 images of the posters - however this folder was made up almost entirely of double ups with only 32 unique images (BUT they had gone to the trouble to name them 'Location 16' and 'Location 7' when it was the same location - to keep them seperate in the folder). Which is completely ridiculous for a service we had paid for.

Post event, i had sent a formal complaint email expressing how disappointed i was with the service as a whole, being lied to & deceived about the work they had done and that we wanted a refund. To which their national operations manager responded that they believed they completed the job in the time frame and were only willing to refund the 4 posters that were covered up.

I have since then been ghosted, and have not heard anything from them in regards to any sort of refund.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, and hope they aren't able to scam anyone else.
