We recently sold our Leura home of 13 years through Rowan at Stubbs &Co. We'd bought this house from Rowan and so this review is from the perspective of both buyer and seller.
Our experience when buying was seamless and he proved himself to be a very good, reliable and capable agent, so there wasn't a decision to be made when we came to sell. Rowan is independent, honest and trustworthy. His local knowledge was extremely valuable, especially in what turned out to be a flat and difficult market. Throughout the sale process he kept us well informed, offering sound advice. Good communication is a critical attribute in my book and Rowan was exceptional in that regard.
