They are a worst domain provider company. For dns management, they charge extra $5. Where others company has by default dns management system. They have no also any live chat! Support system is very bad.

Blown away by the level of support - Tim is patient and explains things well. When I have required support Tim has been available to walk me through any problem solving. I am not tech savy at all and it has been such a good experience setting up with Super Domains I would recommend to anyone!

Best customer service I have come across for a long time! Tim had my hosting all set up and emails connected in a matter of minutes. I am not tech savvy what so ever and Tim took all the stress out of the whole process so I could get back to business quickly. The online chat function works really well too. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Great work!

I have used SUPER DOMAINS 3 times now.
I like the smooth service and ease of use.
The manager of SUPER DOMAINS never hesitates to make himself available to assist further if needed and I have need help a few times.
A hosting company that is tangible and right here in Australia - so no messy annoying overseas call centres - just old fashioned service. If the opportunity arises i wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
