We persevered with Surf Pacific for 12 months, but unfortunately found the services to be lacking in terms of attention to detail and timely response. Our written instructions were mislaid or not implemented on numerous occasions. Well-meaning and pleasant to deal with; ultimately however not a good fit for our business.

If i could give them no stars i would!
My company had such a horrible experience with Surf Pacific!
Unprofessional, unhelpful and dishonest!
What they stated they would do in the contract was never done and what they did do didn't deserve my hard earned money as I could have done that myself. Mind you it was a lot of money as well!
Definitely not worth using this company to help your company! They need to fix themselves or shut down!!
