The Team at Tag The Cat, led by Jon, has been instrumental in taking our Caravan Hire business to the next level.

Far more than "just" a web development company, they have led a full re-branding exercise including development of our company values, mission and purpose. We now have a clear message to the market - "Make it a real adventure" - which sets up apart from competitors.

They came up with full size decals on the rear of every caravan in our fleet, which are like mobile billboards. They designed our ute wrap and storage centre signage.

We looked after our own IT for years, put together our own web site, managed our email, dealt with vague ISP's who sometimes responded to a service ticket and more often didn't. The business grew , but that part was not as good as it could be, it was also time consuming and hard work. We actually had a face to face meeting.....something almost unheard of in the IT world, they started with a clean sheet (screen), whipped our whole online presence into shape and got things working 100% more efficiently, particularly from a client contact viewpoint. We received regular progress updates and opportunities for input. With the creative work completed Jon actually came to our office , ensured that all our computers, phones and tablets were correctly switched over and set to go.
