Over the last 15 years of my life (I am 30 years old), I have suffered from anxiety, specifically social anxiety. I dealt with this by mentally and physically running away from it, pretending there was nothing wrong and suppressing every painful emotion that threatened to surface. This caused other symptoms that I blamed on the anxiety, and got medication that put band aids on the wounds but never healed them. I have always been a driven person, striving to do and be the best at everything, however, the symptoms of my anxiety and the "stories" I was making up in my mind were causing me to withdraw and cloud my view of what I really wanted in my life. My so called social anxiety was stopping me from reaching my full potential which had always been my goal but was getting further and further out of my reach. I was getting stuck and I knew I needed help but I had no idea that the help I would get from Tania would be life changing...

I cannot begin to tell you how much Tania has taught me, and more importantly, with her guidance, how much I have taught myself through this process. I discovered the strength I always knew I had, but was always too scared to use. With this strength I faced my pain head on. This takes courage and trust and Tania provided the safe place I needed for this to happen.

I will forever be grateful for the knowledge, wisdom and tools Tania shared with me in our sessions together that have not only liberated me from the prison in my mind, but swept away the dust and branches that have hidden my path from me. I see so clearly now and I know where I'm headed and what I want. There was not one session that did not teach me something important. I always took a lesson away, often pondering things even days after. I often had my epiphanies and A-HA moments in my own time and then went back to discuss these with Tania, gaining even more insight.
