I have attended a number of workshops run by Mark Kostner of That Web Company and they are always excellently presented with great content and lots of exercises to do so that you come out of it with things completed. There is no learning without doing so these workshops are terrific. Highly recommend them.

My experience with TWC has been great. Mark and Ben have help me enormously with me website tech. They have fixed issues that have occurred through other Tech companies.

After sitting down with them and going through in detail what my business is doing and what l want my business to do. They have advised me on how best to create that on my website and which plug ins would be best to use to achieve what I want to do. They went to the effort of doing research so I could achieve exactly what l wanted. Not what a Tech Company want to do. For this I have a lot of respect cause they LISTEN to Me. They worked with me all the way.

I also like to upload things on my website and Ben is great in teaching me how to do this with the new plugs in and even created videos to help with the procedure so I can do it my self. And if there was a problem he would be onto it straight away. Always keeping me up to date how it was going in solving the issue. This communication helped me to know he was working on my problem. And it was not a case l had to follow up with him to see if it got fixed. This saved me time and worry also.

I love how l was give a quote for price but also what they going to use for the plugs or how they going to fix my website. I knew exactly what l was getting for my money nothing is hidden or surprise charges like other companies.

I highly recommend That Web Company for all your Websites need. Not only in doing add ons but also in Building a Website. I have experienced both in my businesses and I am very happy with the support in all areas. I love the business friendship we have now days and the quick response back, not waiting days to hear back and if they cant address things at that moment they let you know.

I love how they been there to help me not just with my websites but also to help when l had social media issues.
I can't Thanks Mark and Ben enough how they helped me over the last 4yrs with my websites and tech but also with the advise on programs to use in my business to be more efficient and productive. I highly recommend them.

I attended Google Ads Made Simple course today and it was so informative. I have started using Google ads, but knowing I have a lot to learn, this helped to pinpoint some of the places for improvement, and ways that I can help clients with their Google Ads. Thanks so much, so lucky to have this at the subsidised rate, but worth the full course amount and more - especially being able to have the portal and FB group to access for followup/more info. My wife and I run a small business and we attended "Google Ad's Made Simple" presented by Mark Kostner from That Web Company on behalf of the Small Business Development Corp.

There was allot of content and if you have never used Google Ads before it did seem a little overwhelming at times, but Mark was great, he always took the time to explain the purpose and intention of each topic very clearly. He covered how to select campaign types, write ads, using competitor analysis, Google analytics, create landing pages for your ads, using keyword research, and much more. Mark was receptive to questions and always referenced further information available and provided lots of resources and followed up. Great value and thanks Mark for restoring some confidence and helping get us motivated again!

Very disappointed with my experience with this company. I have spend 5k for a customised website - during my time with them, the project too way longer than promised with requests constantly getting missed, or forgotten, or misunderstood, or not communicated properly. Recently, I found out that even the staging website was not brought offline which was a factor in issues occurring on my website. They will also try to get you to host with them claiming there's no lock in but when you do stop hosting with them, because they've build the website on all sorts of premium plug-ins, instead of hard-coding, it will stop working. It's a bit of scammy way to keep the money coming in. There is no after hours care or solutions so if your website goes down, you will have to wait the next day. So in the end I chose to transfer my hosting to another company and outsource certain jobs is because I haven't been happy with the company's service of things being missed and taking forever to get done.

They might be good at giving workshops and digital marketing but actually creating a good strong solid website, no.

I attended Mark Kostner's Digital Marketing Masterclass online through SBDC. Huge value! Both Mark and Danny were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and approachable regarding marketing for my small business. I liked that the workshop was interactive and having the sessions spread out meant that I could implement some of what we talked about between the sessions. I'd highly recommend any future That Web Company's workshops and web services.
