The Google reviews don't lie - Karl and the team @ Ray White Balmain are the best in Sydney.

Karl answered each one of my many questions promptly, clearly and thoroughly. Very knowledgeable, approachable, personable and incredibly generous with his time. Always worked around our schedules and opened the house after purchase many times which helped us greatly.

Belinda was very professional and helpful in selling my property. She was fantastic to deal with and always available to answer my questions putting me at ease with any issues and definitely went above and beyond to make sure it all went smoothly on settlement day for both myself and the new buyer. I would definitely use Belinda again if I was was still in Sydney and recommend her to anyone selling/buying, she is very honest and offers good advice and also an extremely nice person. Rebecca did a brilliant job for us, securing an excellent price for our beautiful Rozelle cottage. Ray White is the managing agent for my rental investment property in Newtown.

My previous agent had become quite complacent about managing my property and I decided to change to Ray White just over a year ago.

What a great decision that was! I have never had such attentive and expert service from an agency. Fabulous service, high integrity and a great sale outcome

Chris Williams acted for us on the sale of the home of my parents. Right from the start he connected with our needs and clicked to how best to communicate with me and my parents. He provided open and transparent advice on how to go about the sale, how to prepare the house and kept us all informed throughout. I first met Jack in October 2013 when he knocked on my door to introduce himself and tell me about a house he recently sold in a neighbouring street and the price and his friendly not pushy approach intrigued me and was happy for him to send me quarterly info on the property market in our suburb. in April 2014 - Easter he left a hand written note with Easter eggs for my husband & I wishing us a happy Easter. We then decided to sell our house so Jack was the first person who came to mind to contact and ask his advice on how to go about selling our house. We know of other agents in the area that are recommended but his personal, non pushy approach to helping me made me give him a chance to sell our house. Jack was consultative and informative throughout the whole process of selling our house. We were delighted when he managed to secure the top end of the price range he said he could get for us within 2 weeks of our house being on the market so we sold prior to auction.
