I had stickers and shirts printed for my business. A couple of months in and the stickers have held up really well in the weather so far and the shirts have had several washes with no fading to the dtf print. Very reasonable price for a good quality product. Highly recommend, and will be returning for more in the future

We couldn't be happier with our experience! This supplier is fantastic—quick turnaround, excellent print quality, and an incredible range of options. Their showroom was super helpful in selecting the right styles, and their pricing is very competitive. We ordered a variety of cotton T-shirts, dry-fit/stretch T-shirts, jumpers, and hats, and we loved every single piece. Plus, their in-house design team did an amazing job creating a standout logo for us. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality apparel!

The custom printed shirts I received seem to be a fairly quality print job. Going by the Quality Assurance sticker present on the label, it's clear the team has a solid QA process on place. I also like that they're based in Australia, as I would much prefer to support Australian industry.

It was just a shame that the level of communication for the order was below expectations and length of time to produce the shirts is much longer than I would expect, having worked with other suppliers of custom printed apparel. To be fair, their website does state that production times are three weeks and I should have checked the finer details on the website before submitting an order. But I would have expected more communication on the order (even including more automated email notifications for orders - which don't require additional manpower - would have been appreciated and I might have felt more comfortable to wait the 3 weeks if I felt I was being kept in the loop). I received an automatic confirmation email after purchase. After that, I had to follow them up over the phone 3 business days later for a digital proof with no other correspondence to give me confidence anyone was working on a proof. They only started work on the proof after I reminded them. Then more than 3 weeks after placing the order (having approved the digital proof the same day it was sent) and receiving no further updates or correspondence, I called them again for a status update on where it was at in the process. I was advised by the lovely lady on the phone that it wasn't in production yet and that they're fulfilling orders in the order they receive them. I completely understand this rationale (to a degree), but if it's going to take 3 full weeks before someone will even have time to pick up a shirt and start work on an order that was merely 2 shirts, then it might be a sign that the business needs to hire more people to keep up with demand. Respectfully, there should also be some logical prioritisation of orders based on consumer expectations. If I placed an order for 1,000 shirts, then I would naturally expect to wait a little longer for that order - being a large order. Whereas consumer expectations for smaller orders would be that it shouldn't take as long as larger orders (because you can squeeze them in between large orders and... They're a small order). Regardless, I probably would have been happy to wait the three weeks had I been given the courtesy of at least an automated status update, communicating when production is expected to take place (reassuring me that I haven't been forgotten or de-prioritised). Without any communication on the order, I was left in dark, worrying that my order has been lost or maybe they've taken my money and run off with it).

At the end of the day, the products are good and I would definitely still consider using them again (based on quality, onshore staffing and evidence of a good QA process). But I'd want to see that they improve on their communication and speed before placing another order.

My regular uniform supplier has been taken out of action due to damage to their facility after a storm so when I had some new hires and went to place orders for new uniforms I was impressed by the website and ease of ordering with the Colour Cartel.

Their website ranks highly for a search for “fast turnaround uniforms” and states that they see to deliver as quick as possible but sometimes “our lead time can extend to 3 weeks from artwork approval”.

It was only after ordering that I was informed the lead time would drag out three weeks. This is an absurd amount of time and is longer than any uniform supplier I have ever used before. I recommend anybody who is planning to purchase from this company to first buy themselves a crystal ball and predict any hiring or other uniform needs long before they become necessary because there is clearly no urgency to deliver orders here. I reckon I could’ve had uniforms printed and shipped from China or the usa before these guys even bothered doing up the proof..

Super easy process from start to finish. Changed the design during the proofing stage which wasn’t an issue. Quality is excellent.
They even upgraded postage to express post free of charge to ensure our junior touch footy team had their shirts in time for the first round of the season. Great experience all round. Highly recommended.
Will use again for next lot of merch.
